- To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in the same condition as received, and in their original packaging.

2. **Refunds:**
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, refunds will be processed to the original method of payment within 3-5 days.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable, and the customer is responsible for return shipping fees unless the return is due to our error.

3. **Exchanges:**
- We offer exchanges for defective or damaged items. Please contact us within 10 days of receipt to arrange an exchange.

4. **Damaged or Defective Items:**
- If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately. We will arrange for a replacement or refund.
